Pierce County roads and bridges are reported to be clear as of 7:00 a.m. this morning but law enforcement warns drivers that temperatures are still dropping and conditions could change rapidly.
Emergency Management Director Leonard Roberts urges all residents to stay off roads unless travel is absolutely essential. Icy conditions could appear unexpectedly and not be obvious on bridges and roads.
