Dewayne Eikleigh Everett Jr., 20, was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana Less Than One Ounce after school administrators found Everett to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana at the Brantley County High School.
Janet Highsmith Wilson (43, driving a 2003 Pontiac Gran Prix, was backing out of a parking space at the Hoboken Elementary School and struck the 2006 BMW 325F driven by Sandy Rae Gibson (27) causing slight damage to the passenger side door.
Kristen Hope Harris was traveling on Riverside Road when a dog came into the path of her 2004 Acura TSX causing damage to the front bumper, grill and fog lights.
Deputies responded to the area of Ambrose Lane in reference to Financial Identity Fraud. The complainant stated someone had gain access to her financial accounts and had made unauthorized transactions.
Deputies responded to the area of the 200 block of Saddle Club Road in reference to a Dispute. The complainant stated his sister wanted money from their mother and an argument ensued.
Deputies responded to the area of the 11000 block of Raybon Road West in reference to Theft by Taking. The complainant stated someone keeps taking mail out of their mailbox.
Gidget Ann (Shadron) McDonald (40) and Christopher Spero Victor (29) were both arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I after deputies stopped the couple on Hwy #520 in Shadron’s 1990 Honda Prelude. The two had a quantity of synthetic marijuana in their possession and both subjects had outstanding warrants.
Robert William Katavolos (31) was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana less than One Ounce after a traffic stop in the 18000 block of Hwy #32.
Deputies responded to the area of the 1100 block of Ball Field Road in reference to Theft by Taking. The complainant stated a battery was taken from a vehicle on his property.
Styles Stevenson Carter (25) was arrested on an out-of-county warrant in the area of Post Road South.
Deputies responded to the area of the 100 block of Burton Terrace in reference to Terroristic Threats and Acts. The complainant stated that offender had threatened bodily harm to the complainant and had left. The Nahunta Police Department arrested the offender for on Domestic Violence charges on a separate incident.
Deputies responded to the area of the 100 block of Twin Flowers Trail in reference to a Disorderly Conduct/Civil Matter. The complainant stated his neighbors had loud music playing and dogs barking that was disturbing his sleep. The neighbors stated the complainant was curding at them about the incident before law enforcement arrived.
Riley William Teston (27) was arrested on Burglary warrants after deputies observed Teston on Post Road South.
Benny C. Burch, driving a 2008 Saturn Astra, was backing out of a parking space in the 25000 block of Hwy #520 and stated he did not see Jaceueline T. Peters, driving a 2000 Nissan pick-up, and struck her vehicle.
Deputies were dispatched to contact a complainant via telephone in the area of the 300 block of Brantley Loop in reference to Theft by Taking and Criminal Trespass. The complainant stated someone had taken gasoline from his vehicle and a can on his property.
Martha Louise Kirby (49) was backing out of a driveway in the 100 block of Harrington Road and stated she had forgot the 2008 Chevrolet Impala, belonging to Tiffany Euelene Jordan, was also in the driveway and sideswiped the Impala causing damage to the driver’s side of the vehicle.
Deputies responded to the area of the 200 block of Partridge Trail in reference to Theft by Conversion. The complainant stated the offender had taken a wallet to place money on her son’s account and the money has not been placed on the complainant’s son’s account.
Deputies responded to the area of Whisper Ridge Loop in reference to a Dog Bite. The complainant stated her son had been bitten by a dog in the neighborhood. The incident was turned over to the Brantley County Health Department.
Deputies responded to the area of the 100 block of Laurel Road in reference to Theft by Taking. The complainant stated the offender had taken makeup and jewelry from her residence.
Deputies were dispatched to make contact with a complainant via telephone in reference to Theft by Taking (motor vehicle) in the area of Hwy #520 near mile marker #17. The complainant stated his wife was driving the 1999 Mazda B2500 on Hwy #520 and broke down. The vehicle had been left there until he could come pick it up, but some unknown person(s) had taken the vehicle before he could make arrangements to pick it up.
Erica Rebecca Jordan (18) was backing a 2001 Nissan Maxima out from under the garage and had the driver’s door open and struck the side of the residence with the door causing moderate damage to the door.
