Kenneth Lumpkin, 43 showed no emotion Monday as he told a judge in a Long County courtroom how he killed Lori Arrowood.
Lumpkin says he dragged Arrowood from her vehicle and strangled her to death nearly three years ago.
Her body was found in the woods days later.
Monday, Lumpkin pleaded guilty to murder and kidnapping Arrowood.
Confessions hard to hear for Arrowood’s sister, Kris Elliot.
“I’m sick to my stomach. I’m angry. I just want to know why he had to kill her,” said Elliot.
